Client Services Manager/ Customer Services/ Customer Support A Client Services Manager/ Account Manager is required to join a Global, blue-chip organisation in Exmouth. The Client Services Manager will join a dynamic team of individuals to proactively maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Client retention and renewal will be a large part of this role. The Client Services Manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Review and submit annual renewalsProcess product upgrades/ downgradesFirst line for customer queries/ complaintsUpdate and ensure accuracy of data in CRM systemIdentify cross-selling opportunities for Account ManagersLook for customer referralsProcess lost products/ business Interested applicants will have a good eye for detail, be numerical and comfortable with technology.
