My client is seeking an Account Manager/ Client Services Manager, you should have a Sales Background and have strong experience with retention and up selling. This is a permanent role for a market leading global business based in Central London.

The organisation is a global business information services and media organisation who work within the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, intellectual property and science and media markets. The Account manager will be accountable for nurturing and growing existing client relationships.

Core Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Manage and develop existing accounts across multiple product lines
  • Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate positions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process.

Skills and qualifications required

  • Understanding of Tax Software/ Technology (not essential)
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts
  • Highly motivated and self confident in approach to role.
  • Good networking and relationship building abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and customers.
