Client Service Associate / Trade Support / FX Trading
An opportunity to join a dynamic Client Interaction team has arisen within a world-leading provider of foreign exchange and trading services. A highly successful organisation that has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2000, the company offers a range of foreign currency trading and workflow solutions to banks and brokers and now services over 1,000 clients globally.
What will you be doing?
You will join their established team in Central London and work directly with their clients to support the vast products and services that the company offers. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of these services and utilise your understanding of the trader's needs and bank execution procedures to investigate and solve operating problems. You will be tasked with daily client queries through email, telephone and their chat system and will be responsible for identifying and if necessary escalating any urgent issues. You may also be required to perform production implementations and solve production issues by working with development teams.
What will you need?
You will have a good understanding of the financial services sector, ideally with some exposure to FX Trading or Trade Support. You should have experience providing customer or client support and possess excellent communication skills paired with an inquisitive nature and ambition to develop your career within a globally prestigious organisation with real opportunities to progress internally. Ideally, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to prioritise a changing workload and thrive in a sometimes high-pressure environment.
The role will pay between £40,000 and £60,000 depending on experience, and will offer an excellent flexible benefits package and bonus alongside this.
