Role Spec
To work on the end client consular services programme to improve IT applications across the consular services network i.e. the systems that end client use to provide assistance to British Citizens abroad.
Experience of Change Impact analysis, Communications, Stakeholder management, change network management and business readiness.
Ideally some experience of working with CRM and Contact Centre - Salesforce experience would be very advantageous as would BI/Reporting systems
Working in a mixed team with end client staff and other suppliers.
