Change Management Leader - Contract - London - £competitive daily rateMy client is a global organisation working on multiple IT projects and they need an experience Change Management Leader.Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for working with Business teams across the organisation to lead and drive adoption of new processes and technology into the organisation, as part of our front and middle office transformation programme. They will work with stakeholders from senior leadership levels down through their teams across all brands to maximise the benefits to be realised from this programme, ensuring resistance to change is minimised. The primary focus will be on the people aspects of the programme, which could include changes to individual or team roles and responsibilities and new ways of working. You will then work with the wider Project team to ensure your deliverables are completed in line with the agreed timescales.Technical Skills requiredExperience is required of:Ensuring that strategic outcomes are not impaired as a result of poor change adoptionHow people go through change and the change curve, ideally within a large organisationChange management strategies and principles, methodologies, tools and techniquesChallenging existing mindsets and behaviours to ensure fit for purpose solutions are identified and deliveredManaging stakeholder expectationsReviewing requirements documentation and process designs produced by othersContinuous improvement methodologiesThe following experience would be advantageous: Working with third party partners and/or remote teamsImplementing enterprise-level systems and technologiesTrack record of delivering with an agile framework The following accreditation would be desirable; Change management certification or designation e.g. APMG If you have all of the above skills, please apply.
