Change Lead - initial 6 month - London

My client, a large multinational telecommunication company, is looking for a Change Lead to join them on an initial 6-month contract based in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will Lead and develop the Change & engagement plan for the end to end business process.
  • You will be responsible or building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships both internally and externally to ensure the delivery of change.
  • It is your role to understand Change and the Change process and ensure this is appropriately reflected in any business requirements
  • You will be expected to convert complex finance and procurement systems/processes into simpler terms for decision making and engagement purposes

Key skills

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with challenge and conflict using influencing and empathy skills to resolve conflicts
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You require experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Engagement of large functional and matrix teams , possibly in different locations within large-scale organisational change efforts
  • You must be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal across stakeholder groups
  • You must have experience of Finance qualification / finance change experience
  • Experience of managing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring change on transformational change programmes.
