Change Communication Specialist

We are actively looking to secure a Test Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a Change Communication Specialist to proactively manage all communications and engagement around a roll-out across the business.

Our client is currently setting up a new operating system. As part of this, they will be trialling out new functionality which will ensure they can better connect with all 80,000 colleagues to transform their colleague communication and engagement.

You will be working with key stakeholders across the business to identify their needs and bespoke roll out and engagement plans.

Key skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to write copy for different audiences
  • Understand the role of internal communications during transformations
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Digitally savvy with good knowledge of technologies for driving engagement
  • Experienced in using story telling techniques as an engagement tool
  • Track record of developing and delivering internal communication programmes and campaigns that drive engagement, change behaviours and turn strategy into action
  • Foresight to identify and address potential issues at the earliest stage of their development
  • Commercially astute and able to grasp the big picture without losing sight of the detail
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Comfortable drawing on a matrix of support and expertise to deliver goals
  • Experience of working on time-critical change programmes with tangible benefits at the end
