Change Communications Manager - (Internal Comms) Contract or Fixed Term - East MidsWorking across an Enterprise size business you will be responsible for developing and delivering the communications strategy and tactical plans as part of a faced paced Technology backed Business Transformation Programme.Your role will be key in communicating the reasoning and benefits of change, engaging the users in a compelling way, giving a dynamic view of the organisations future. Ensuring opinions and feelings are heard from the end users and users are engaged and confident in the decisions made. You will be able to produce and deliver innovative, creative content that brings written narrative to life, engage various levels of user through multi-channel communications that harness latest technologies, web based tools and convey technical subjects to non-technical staff in terms that relate to their roles.This role requires a highly motivated starter finisher who can work with Independence whilst being a team player in a tight knit Change team. Able to drive Change Comms projects through to completion.This role is available as both day rate outside ir35 and salaried fixed term. If this could suit, please apply asap in the first instance.
