My leading client is looking for a Change and Communications Manager to work on a Finance transformation Programme (iTrent) so ideally you will have experience of large scale change and Adkar processes in a corporate environment. Any experience in working on HR programmes or Change Management in the HR sector would be highly desirable. You will need to have Portfolio Management, Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management experience with a solid understanding of Business testing.


Key Skills

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams, managers and supervisors
  • Creation and delivery of the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
  • Experience on any TimeGate, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, MidlandHR will be great and to host and deliver training materials
  • Coach project team and trainers in the preparation and delivery of the lesson plan and materials to ensure effective learning
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Support change management at the organisational level
