Change and Communications Manager - CRM D365 - Outside ir35. Flexible WFH
Working on a leading CRM Programme - You will have strong experience across stakeholder and end user engagement, readiness, comms for successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM. Role will be inclusive of planning training approach, rollout plan, hypercare, taking a dynamic approach in a busy and complex delivery.
Delivering change in a business that already takes change seriously, has a solid Change approach and network in place across the business so the right person for the role will be able to adapt and deliver rather than from scratch is key to the role.
Majority of the role can be remote working / work from home however there will be times that working with the team in person, meeting key stakeholders and user groups will be beneficial, this will be infrequent but a desirable for the client.
