Change, Adoption and Communications Manager - Birmingham or Manchester office locations and flexible working post covid.
Looking for a Change, Adoption and Communications Manager to work on a HR Transformation Programme of work, this is a brand new team so a fantastic chance to shape the adoption of the new system and processes.
Experience of large scale change in a corporate environment with multiple sites, alongside working knowledge of recognised change methodologies.

The role will focus on maximising user adoption and embedding the new system whilst minimising resistance, delivering well structured change via stakeholder engagement.
You will manage business change plans - Incorporating, communication plans, business readiness, training needs, benefits realisation, risk and de-risk strategy, go no-go's, business testing, business unit responsibilities and technical dependencies. Senior stakeholder management is key to this role. Experience in delivering in a small margin business is key, any exposure to FM would be highly desirable.
This role can be based anywhere between Birmingham and Manchester but you must be prepared to go in either office as and when required.
