Service Desk engineer with CA Automation Suite experience needed for a 6 month contract based in Swindon.

The client is well known name in the South West and they are currently on the lookout for a service desk engineer with experience to a 2nd line support level with CA Automation Suite (CAS). You must also have strong experience with ticketing and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second line technical support for CA Automation Suite for Clouds 1.6
  • Responsible for providing support on customisation, documentation and product maintenance activities.
  • Responsible to liaise with CA to log tickets and troubleshoot any environment/configuration issues.
  • Undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
  • Create user accounts for CA ASC, reset passwords, create groups etc...
  • Act as the point of contact for all level 2/level 3 incidents and problem tickets regarding IT issues & queries for CA ASC 1.6
  • Support product customisation activities and liaise with the product vendor for all related issues
  • Respond to incidents in accordance with priorities and agreed service levels & update tickets in the service management tool
  • Manage incidents to business expectations
  • Advanced User & Security Group Active Directory administration
