Role: Business Transformation Capability DirectorDuration: 24 MonthsLocation: Kingston Upon Thames, London Position: - The Business Transformation Capability Director will work for the Head of Learning for this organisation, integrated into the learning team and will work for HR Leader for the Global Transformation project.- Role will be a contract for between 18-24 months- Package details will be shared Background: Working as part of a large global organisation, we are looking for a Capability Director to support a business transformation program that will enable our businesses around the world to focus on new ways to drive growth through their brand and channel strategies. This will involve global end to end process transformation, that will significantly enhance the productivity and empowerment of our businesses globally whilst also building digital capabilities simultaneously.Role mission.The capabilities of our people will be crucial to the success of this ambitious transformation program. The mission of the Capability Director is to enable its delivery through capability interventions which build the necessary skills ahead of the change. Profile: - Experience in a leadership role of global complex change programs, with multiple streams of work taking place across regions simultaneously;- Experience of working with multiple external service and consulting partners in delivering the transformation and subsequent operations;- Experience in a leadership role of creation and delivery of capability building programs;- Personal track record of leadership and leading teams in change, and managing within and across networks;- Strong skills in change management, project management, and budget management. Key Deliverables: - Capability building programs to enable each of the 4-5 workstreams within the global transformation program;- Creation of a strong and effective network of capability leads within each of the workstreams and in each of the countries in which implementation is taking place;- Integration of capability building into the overall project and change management workstreams;- Integration of existing company skills and leadership development tools approaches and interventions into the capability program to ensure integration and impact. Ongoing skill -building campaigns will also need to be incorporated into the capabilities program.
