Business Support / Administrator
3 months contract (rolling)

£10.00 p/h PAYE
Outline of duties:
- Administrative support as directed.
- Proxy access for Time recording - SAP.
- Check and clear defaults on a weekly basis - SAP.
- Purchasing - control and activity.
- Raise and monitor purchase orders.
- Recording items purchased and submit monthly report to BM
- Competency Database Management and Data entry.
- Maintain local personnel filing systems.
- Administration support for Training courses, maintaining spread sheets, booking rooms, refreshments as required.
- Maintain locally held leave folders, notifying BSM/HR of discrepancies and liaison with BSM/HR to resolve.
- Input and maintain local electronic data records, including leave database.
- Administration of car hires bookings, hotel bookings, for staff detachments, and support to detachments.
- Arrange and support meetings/conferencing/ refreshments /room booking, and visitors booking into the work area as required.
- Maintain and monitor costs of Stationery supplies for the area
Experience & Knowledge:
- Self-motivated with the ability to organise self
- Ability to use experience and forward thinking to solve problems and issues as they arise
- Ability to establish and maintain productive internal and external relationships with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in managing changing day to day requirements
- High standard of job understanding and competency
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Computer literate
- Experience gained within the business areas of administration
- IT Literate
