Business Readiness Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a Business Readiness Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Operational preparation and readiness for change under a central Permit to Operate framework (PTO) and governance model
  • Produce and execute business readiness plan including a) Policy and procedures, b) Training, c) Risk and Control, d) Business Communications
  • Works closely with Technology colleagues to support UAT execution, defect management and test acceptance for application changes
  • Supporting completion of post change review.

Skills and Experience

  • Works within a clear change governance framework
  • Established resource requirements to support change delivery and works with other change partners
  • Interlocks change plans with operational functions and wider programme plan
  • Focal point for business change delivery and execution.
