We're recruiting for a Learning & Development Analyst for a large telecommunications client. You'll get the chance to work on a strategic review of the department which is currently working through a reorganisation and introducing a new operating model.

The key responsibility of this role will be to drive and deliver the transformational change by reviewing existing process maps, creating new processes, and documenting processes and procedures. The candidate will need to facilitate process workshops with the L&D teams to help create the future processes for the new structure.

  • Process mapping and writing skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve results
  • Facilitation skills with multiple senior managers and teams
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong programme management skills with high level of Excel/Powerpoint expertise

The ideal candidate will have 'customer centric' approach to process mapping and writing skills.
