Business Development Representative

  • Work with cross functional teams from different backgrounds and hierarchy on a daily basis.
  • Set KPIs, these include number of calls made, total pipeline generated, total meetings set.
  • Must have the ability to do what needs to be done, without influence from others or situations
  • Find the strength to complete a task without giving up or needing others to encourage them.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, they must be willing to adapt as the company and the team grows and expands.
  • Continuously engaged with different personalities from different walks of life and cultures - via email, phone and face2face. Sensitivity and respect is vital.
  • Speak with prospects and customers on a daily basis. Listening to the right buying sign is vital to our success.
  • Ability to face numerous challenges and obstacles. Recovering from a setback quickly is essential.
  • Required to communicate complex ideas quickly and in a compelling way.
  • Work on multiple campaigns and quite often work different time zones.
  • Must have the ability to prospect from warm and cold leads.
  • Desire to move into a closing sales role position.
  • Engage with customers, prospects and colleagues from all over EMEAR. The ability to read, write and speak a second European language would be a bonus.
