Location: Edinburgh

My Client are looking for a Business Development Manager to work within their team. The main purpose of the role will be to identify sales leads, and pitch products or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.


This will also involve:

  • Following up new business opportunities
  • Overseeing the development of marketing
  • Setting up meetings
  • Maintain opportunities pipeline in CRM
  • Comply with IG requirements
  • Produce sales forecasts for the business unit budget
  • Providing management with feedback
  • Regular report production
  • Prepared to act as deputy for the manger occasionally
  • Submit accurate time reporting sheets
  • Deal with proposals, tenders, seminars, exhibitions and events


The ideal Project Manager will have:

  • Proven and demonstrable experience in a consultative, solution sales environment, operating with central and local government, multi-national corporations
  • Ability to build a pipeline, from conception to delivery
  • Digital identity experience



You must be able to work well as part of a team as well as working independently. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities accordingly.
