Business Change Project Manager - Adobe Campaign
Location: West London
Duration: 3 Months

Our Client are currently undertaking a significant business and technology change programme to transform their 1-2-1 Customer Communications (Marketing) capability.

The Business Change Project Manager will be responsible for managing a range of small and medium workstreams to ensure the business are effectively organised, trained and can utilise the new capabilities that are being delivered by technology.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Business Change project, resources and stakeholders.
  • Developing in-depth understanding of programme scope and establishing strong relationships across a range of stakeholder groups (business and technology).
  • Manage the planning, demand management, CR's and resourcing for the project.
  • Manage the project budget and resources to deliver against project objectives.
  • Management of project RAID.

Campaign Briefing Tool and Processes:

  • Manage the scoping and requirements gathering of a new Campaign Briefing tool.
  • Work with wider Technology teams and Architects on the solution design of the Campaign Briefing tool.
  • Produce delivery plan and cost estimates for delivery of the Campaign Briefing tool.

Application Training, Configuration and Communications:

  • Manage and coordinate Adobe Campaign Training for key business stakeholders
  • Manage the delivery of Adobe Campaign application configuration requirements with our Adobe Technical SME's.
  • Produce communication plan for adoption of tools and processes
  • Operating Support Model
  • Manage the delivery of the Ops Support Model and ensure it is embedded and adopted by the business's Run teams

Skills Required:

  • PM Certification PRINCE2, PMP is essential.
  • Agile (Scrum)
  • Experience of working in Marketing Campaign or Creative domain
  • Experience of working in collaborative technical team environments
  • Excellent communicator, has the ability to multi-task and prioritise and has a high attention to detail.
