Business Analyst (TOM, Designs, Data)

We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Target Operating Model into a series of As Is & To Be Use cases and designs including:
    • Activity assessments for creating, uploading or deleting client/customer data
    • Reason codes/trigger events
    • What systems are used, how are the changes controlled and quality assured
    • Activity and allocation, cross team dependencies, SLAs etc
  • Gain support and approval for the 'To Be' with Operational stakeholders
  • Work closely with Technology colleagues to support requirements capture and review application changes

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to establish cross-functional operational process hierarchies
  • Interpret functional impact assessments on process hierarchies
  • Validate impacts on As Is with Business SMEs
  • Create a series of To Be process designs/maps and validate with SMEs
  • Reflect process designs in requirements
