Business Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to identify and convey customer requirements through IT systems skills
  • Proficient in System Analysis Techniques, able to impact proposals and perform
  • Ability to perform High Level Design Analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skill
  • Able to document requirements
  • Escalation of any potential issues
  • Develop project knowledge by reading documentation and attending workshops

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, front end process, software development life cycles and associated processes
  • Proficient in the use of requirements capturing methodology, like Waterfall or RUP toolset
  • Able to use Data modelling techniques
  • Experience with the Windows Suite and MS Office applications
  • Strong experience in Requirements & Analysis on large scale project environments

Business Skills:

  • Detailed understanding of the full system life cycle, in particular the requirements and analysis phases
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to deal with conflict management
  • Strong Presentation skills
