Business Analyst (Agile) - Infrastructure, ServiceNow

Location: London

We are actively looking to secure a Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

Our Client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a project is to take a current GUI enquiry application and create a new solution that meets the Clients requirements.

The Successful Business Analyst will have experience of Infrastructure, Monitoring and ServiceNow and Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify users and stakeholders of current software product
  • Interview to understand what features/functions they use, categorising by MOSCOW
  • Produce Requirement Specification for replacement product as input to Agile build process
  • Produce UAT Plan
  • Execute UAT
  • Produce User documentation

Key Skills

  • Working experience of Infrastructure, Monitoring and ServiceNow
  • Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment
  • Full software development lifecycle experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills and working with 3rd party suppliers
  • Adaptable and pro-active self-starter who uses their initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to motivate and encourage collaboration amongst the other team members.
