Business Analyst - HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll
Requiring an experienced business analyst working on the delivery of HR, Recruitment as a Service, T&A, time and attendance systems - Kronos, Workday, Timegate. you will have a strong background of Process definition and data validation / integrity.
You will be responsible for running workshops, eliciting requirements, performing analysis needed to deliver the business benefits and a smooth running implementation with tangible business benefits realised. Understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholders taking the organisation on a path of clear and communicated change and improvement. You will have outstanding Stakeholder skills at all levels of business from front-line staff to Board level directors. Some travel will be involved on a planned basis to the specific sites although the majority of the role will be based in the West Midlands.
This role will predominantly focus on the people and business process changes although strong systems capability and understanding will be beneficial.
