(Business Analyst,Cards,Credit Cards,Payments,Visionplus,CMS,FAS,TRAMS,CTA,LMS,ITS,MBS,Digital,as-is,to,UX,Change,Transformation,Financial Services,Banking,Agile) My Financial Services client is going through an exiting period of change and is seeking Business Analysts with extensive financial services experience and card/ credit card solutions) You will join an energetic and fast-paced team. Your role will support the ongoing delivery of change; continuing to improve the product and experience for customers through delivery of digital self-service, operational improvement and regulatory solutions.

As a Digital Business Analyst you will:

  • Analyse problems, business needs and requirements to communicate them effectively to solution providers
  • Support the end to end delivery and test process playing a role in resolution of problems and misunderstandings so that solution meets the business needs and expectations
  • Manage requirements and discovery workshops
  • Work with product owners, project participants and stakeholders to understand business needs and analyse requirements:
    • Capture and catalogue requirements
    • Process and solution analysis
    • Function, Process, Customer Journey design
    • Data Requirements for APIs and User Interfaces
  • Challenge product owner and stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively prioritised
  • Ensure effective handover of requirements to delivery teams
  • Ensure change is delivered to specification by tracing specs to requirements as well as testing coverage
  • Support test activity with effective hand over of requirements, review and assurance of test scope and supporting problem triage and solution analysis
  • Proactively highlight risks/issues
  • Participate in first occurrence verification test planning and checking
  • Participate in benefits planning
  • Play a role in developing analysis best practice and continuous improvement

Skills and experience required

  • Strong financial service experience with leading financial institutions
  • payments and cards experience
  • Visionplus experience
  • Digital transformation experience
  • Have a technical background, probably as a developer
  • Strong analytic thinking
  • Demonstrable experience of performing an analysis / design roll in a complex medium / large project with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Good organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Creative and flexible approach to problem solving

Desirable skills and experience

  • Strong Credit card and Banking work experience with leading financial institutions
  • Experience of analysis and design of digital solutions.
  • Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Visionplus (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, CTA, LMS, ITS, MBS) product expert knowledge
  • Experience of regulatory change
  • Professional BA qualifications
  • Broad experience of structured analysis methods
  • Good stakeholder engagement, skills
  • Experience in dealing with loans products is a plus
  • Professional BA qualifications
