Business Analyst - Financial Services

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of business and systems analysis work for business projects, programmes and other operational change initiatives.
You will forge close working relationships with the business and act as the 'bridge' between the business and IT. Your role will involve working closely with the business to gather, analyse and translate specific needs to produce clear, unambiguous business requirements and functional specification documents for IT changes. You will identify organisational impacts, define and document business process changes and will work closely with the Business Transition and Business Performance Improvement teams to manage these impacts.
Role Overview:
- Working on a New Finance Platform project - a very large project working at a fast pace
- Initially to pull data together and create user stories to enable the project to commence in the new year
Essential Skills:
- Agile BA project delivery - writing user stories, agile ceremonies
- Strong stakeholder management - will be working with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of seniority
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with Jira
- Financial services experience
- Experience working with external suppliers
