The Job:

You will ensure proper flow of office procedures and support the office managers by carrying out common office duties. Maintain a positive and friendly company image often acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors alike. Manage and progress both Purchase orders, and Supplier orders for the business as well as acting as a goods receipt `clerk for the Portishead business. Use the OptaSense Business System SAP to act as order entry administrator.

Key Accountabilities:

You will support the purchasing process for the business, raising purchase orders and uploading supplier invoices.

You'll carry out audits and checks of employee expenses and approvals

You will provide backup when out of the office, providing a high-quality administrative support service to the business with limited supervision and guidance and works within clearly defined confidential procedures.

You will administer the New Starter & Leavers process ensuring correct equipment is ordered and local infrastructure is installed and checked. Focal point for IT issues, liaising with Head Office IT.

You will support the day to day running of the Farnborough office, including ordering Stationary, Marketing materials, updating Outlook address book.

You will be running regular reports from Sap by Design reporting and distributing.

The Fit:

You need sound and proven office admin skills.

You must be comfortable with data & numbers.

You need to be a hands on office administrator with eye for detail who can work in a reactive and proactive way.
