We are searching for the next Brand Manager to focus on over-the-counter, consumer healthcare products for this top-5, global Pharmaceutical giant.

You will look after leading brand names in the digestive health and allergy categories, and be responsible to drive the brand performance by displaying deep understanding of the market context and of the consumer to turn facts and data into actionable insights.

About your new role:

This role will allow you to utilise your previous experience to help shape and design the annual brand planning and by ensuring excellence in the on-going deployment of marketing programmes in UK and Ireland. All of the above will be done in-line with the global and local category strategy as well as the country strategic priorities.

Key Duties will include:

  • Deliver effective annual operational marketing plans using customer and market insight to maximise the brand's short, medium and long- term objectives.
  • Define, monitor and influence sales performance (sell-in, sell-out), market share, digital and innovation Key Performance Indicators to accelerate business success. Act as brand champion to share learnings and success with local and global teams.
  • Develop and implement integrated communication campaigns by building strategic partnerships with communication agencies (incl. PR) to drive best-in-class, 360 degree, cohesive communication campaigns. Measure the media effectiveness.
  • Responsibility for product supply of key strategic projects as well as monthly demand forecast.

About you:

  • An experienced Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager looking to make a step up
  • Pharma, Healthcare or FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Strong track record and leadership in shaping brand plans & operational marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the UK Retail landscape
  • Desirable experience includes multi-channel consumer marketing/trade marketing/digital marketing/primary research and analysis/reporting of market data
