An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a FTSE 100 organisation based in Aberdeen. An excellent opportunity to support the bid team and in preparation of ITT responses.

Primary responsibilities include;

  • Analysis of tender documents and compilation of a deliverables list
  • Distribution of ITT response items and coordination of responses
  • Ensure that content providers adhere to strict, often short notice deadlines, whilst ensuing that responses are clear, concise and complete with regards answering customer's questions.
  • Organisation and facilitation of meetings.
  • Contribute to lessons learned exercises and generate ideas for further improving the quality and efficiency of producing bid documentation.
  • Populate compliance matrix and ensure all tender response items are accurately responded to
  • Co-ordinate print and graphics contractors
  • Achieve high quality, winning bids that meet our customer's objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bid Co-ordination experience
  • Experience of co-ordinating the bid process
  • High levels of motivation and the ability to work under pressure
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Established Microsoft Word, Power Point and SharePoint skills
  • Strong formatting, editing and document control ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Oil & Gas industry knowledge desirable but not essential
