Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits Analyst to join their team based in London for an initial 6 month contract.

Role Description/Key Duties

This role will support the Head of Compensation & Benefits, with support from our designated broker(s) in transitioning the employee benefit plans to the new clients entities. In particular:

  • Analysis of existing benefit plans, participation levels and cost / contribution structures
  • In conjunction with Head of C&B and chosen broker and in line with the transition timetable:
    • Support the identification of new benefit plan providers and plan provisions. This will include identification and proposals of alternative approaches where we have insufficient employee headcount to implement group wide policies
    • Provide gap analysis where applicable /and / or existing plans are not transferrable
    • Liaise with vendors and brokers to ensure all necessary documentation is in place. This will include all entity specific formation documentation to brokers and vendors as required
    • Liaise with local HR and payroll teams to ensure local set up requirements are met
    • Support the creation of benefits communications including scheme summaries and where required starter/leaver information and process flows and ensure, with Broker involvement where appropriate, that local employee communications are delivered in an effective and timely manner
    • Progress tracking of all key transition activities against project plans and timelines
  • Support in the identification of ongoing Maintenance and governance process - post TSA considerations
  • Early recognition and escalation of risk to timeline

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience of working in the International Benefits Arena
  • Experience of and exposure to working in an M&A / TSA environment
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to produce meaningful output
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of operating in a project / matrix environment
  • Working knowledge of HR Systems (Workday preferable)
  • Vendor management and invoice processing experience and knowledge
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment having to juggle changing priorities
