I recruit for a FTSE 250 Organisation who are the UK's largest engineering support services provider and the UK's leading supplier of automotive training. This rich mix of engineering and automotive training expertise has resulted in selection by a premium automotive manufacturer to be their First Tier provider for their UK Retailer networks Sales, Aftersales, Management, Leadership and Systems training.

They are looking to recruit an additional Trainer to support the client's ambitious growth aspirations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to assist their premium client on their journey.

The Non-Technical Trainer will work within their Warwickshire site focusing on Core Curriculum training for the client - Sales, Aftersales, Product, Management and Customer Service Training.


  • Delivery of the core curriculum
  • Delivering training that is dynamic, engaging and learner focused
  • Undertaking design work as and when required that is learner-focused, aligned to the agreed methodology and brand/factory requirements, covering all commercial training areas
  • Performing all aspects of the role to the standards set out within = objectives and KPI/SLA agreements.
  • Attending Learning and Development events as a representative of the client and company and embrace new methodologies and ways of working.
  • Work with the Academy administration team on a day-to-day basis to ensure any issues relating to any of the programmes are dealt with promptly
  • Involvement in adhoc projects or meetings as required by the Manager


  • Previous work experience within the Automotive Industry in a non-technical position is essential
  • Previous experience of delivering training events, to audiences of any size is essential
  • A passion for Learning and Development
  • Confident and outgoing, ability to interact with people at all level and maintains a dynamic and engaging delivery style at all times.
  • Good level of IT skills and previous experience working with automotive related retailer management systems.
