An award winning Investment management fund business who are currently experiencing impressive growth is seeking an experienced, talented and commercial focused individual to lead a small finance team focusing on financial control and treasury management.The position Reporting into the Senior Financial Controller you will take the lead in providing a high quality, efficient finance and accountancy service to the business. Focusing on day to day financial control, processes, treasury, banking and cashflow monitoring for investment funds. Ensuring adherence to finance procedures, processes, controls and regular review and updates for further development. You will have full responsibility for the effective management of junior finance team members.The Person The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Accountant with at least 1 year PQE in a finance function.Proven knowledge of establishing and implementing financial processes and controls essential. A thorough understanding of financial systems and controls surrounding Investments Fund management, Banking and Treasury preferred. Staff management experience coordinating day to day staff workloads essential.Demonstrate effective communication skills including the ability to influence and build good working relationships at all levels both internally and externally.This position would suit a highly driven individual who has the ability to manage a high personal workload with multiple deadlines and continually strive for improvements in quality, efficiency and presentation.This is a great opportunity to work for a business who operate an environment of continuous personal and professional development for their employees.
