What you'll do: Develop excellent relationships with our stakeholders to understand their business hiring requirements and to jointly plan and deliver their recruitment campaignWork with our Apprentice and Graduate Recruitment Team to manage our candidate pipeline through our selection process from point of application to offerEvaluate candidate's digital interviews and liaise with hiring managers to agree final shortlist for assessment centresBe point of contact for any candidate queriesPrepare and facilitate assessment centresBuild excellent relationships with our near-shore recruitment teamHelp plan and deliver our attraction strategyHelp the wider Graduate and Apprentice Recruitment and Programme team as required What you'll bring: At least 2 years' recruitment experience, preferable that is related to graduate and/or apprentice recruitmentCollaborative Spirit -focus a lot on collaboration and team work.
