£20k - £30k Salary +Benefits

Primary Skills

  • Customer facing roles in Helpdesk or other support environment
  • Knowledge on computer hardware
  • Microsoft Certified MCP or is desirable
  • Technical knowledge, Business & Cultural awareness
  • Service awareness, IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills
  • Support tool & strong knowledge of Microsoft office trouble shooting user issues
  • Knowledge - Know your way around desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
  • Problem solving - Resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources

Secondary Skills

  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Effective listening skills
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Teamwork - Work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Education - Possess a computer science degree or relevant and one or two certifications from entities such as HDI or Microsoft etc. is plus
