This is an opportunity to join a very well-established Glasgow company who are looking to make some exciting changes across their IT department and strategy. This role will be working closely with and reporting into the Head of IT and will be responsible for the ongoing support, management and evolution of the business applications across the Group.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a consultancy background and will be responsible for the following:
-Creating a multi-year application roadmap
-Ensuring first, second line support and service levels are in place
-Vendor Management
-Establish a Business Systems Improvement Group across the business
