Application Support Analyst Manchester - Permanent - Salary circa £30,000 - 35,000 My client, are looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst to provide 3rd line application support, managing incidents and escalations through to resolution; whilst also creating, reviewing and maintaining support documentation for deploying and configuring applications. The successful candidate will join a small, established third line support team that investigate and resolve incidents and service requests across the application estate. In order to be able to support the business effectively, our client would be looking for someone to demonstrate the following skills/experience: Essential · Experience managing Windows Server, IIS & Active Directory Services · Knowledge of T-SQL (MS SQL) and/or PL/SQL · Knowledge of minor programming or scripting (.NET / PowerShell) · Experience using an IT Service Management Tool (e.g. SCSM) Desirable · Azure AD experience would be beneficial · Azure IaaS / PaaS experience would be beneficial · Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial · An understanding IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL) would be beneficial · Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (2012AX or 365) would be beneficial · Experience of Office365 administration would be beneficial · Experience of software deployment processes/systems (e.g. Octopus Deploy) would be beneficial If you feel you have the pre-requisite skills, please click 'apply' in the first instances and one of the team will be in touch with you to discuss.
