Our client is looking for an experienced Application Solution Lead to help support the modernisation and transformation initiative of front office & middle office.

As part of a global team the Application Solution Lead will be responsible for supporting: scoping, architecting and specifying solutions. The Application Solution Lead will also be accountable to working together with the technology partners for building, testing, and delivering key solutions which help meet the objective and business goals.

The Application Solution Lead will also come with prior experience and knowledge of Bullhorn product being key to the successful deployment of the Bullhorn platform across various business lines of the organisations group.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support analysis of client business processes, needs and strategies.
  • Working closely with SME's to identify how Bullhorn can help them solve business problems while managing expectations within Bullhorn capabilities and offerings.
  • Proactive communication skills. Work closely with business SME's, technology teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of the solution.

SKILLS:

  • 6 plus years of experience on executing and implementing enterprise software projects
  • Prior knowledge of Bullhorn product / SaaS platform would be an advantage.
  • Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate
  • Analytical mind, capable of managing numerous information sources and providing digested views to senior management
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to meet the demands of internal and external customers
  • Able to form business partnerships that help drive the IT strategy forward
  • Strong Risk & control management

Though the position is based in our client's London HQ, the post holder will be required to travel primarily in Europe and on occasion other parts of the world.
