About the role

Here in Babcock International we're looking for an Application Packager to join us in our Portsmouth Office. Working as part of our large IT team you'll package, test and deploy custom and COTS applications to a large client estate via AdminStudio/ SCCM.

This is a full time permanent position that is part of a service delivery team with requirements to get involved in project work as required, including a Windows 10 migration project.

What do I need to do the role?

You will need to have a proven background as an Application Packager with experience of AdminStudio, Windows 7 and 10, App-V 5.0 and SCCM. As well as this, it is important to have a good understanding of Powershell, MSI/MST packaging and of the end to end applications packaging lifeycle, ideally supporting a large client base.

What else do I need to know about the role?

  • You will work a 37.5 hour week Monday-Friday with flexible start and finish times
  • All applicants must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance
