We are looking for an analyst who has experience of Project Management. This role is based in Feltham and will run initially until the end of July 2018.
The ideal candidate must have spreadsheet and data experience. They must be able to take data used for investigations and utilise it to create preventative measures and also reduce the abuse of warranties by partners at the front end.

The successful candidate will be a member Business Intelligence team.
The role is a hybrid role, performing analytic requirements supporting the compliance and operations teams and owning and driving operational activities that include implementing rules and controls in our systems and tools that lead to the prevention of services over delivery.

Key responsibilities:

* Utilizing existing or creating new OBIEE reports, analysing the data and proving output with insights to PM to drive compliance engagements
* Obtain additional data elements from outside orgs, such as sales, finance, brand protection and blending to existent data set to create a total picture of compliance
* Liaise with global analytic BI team to share and gain best practices
* Post engagement support for PM for additional data elements or deep dive on existing sets
* Monitoring and tracking performance metrics post engagement per account
* Refining standardised service compliance reports
* Collaborating with EMEAR stakeholders to identify requirements and opportunities back to corporate teams.
* Identify opportunities and targets on which new rules and controls can be set up to prevent free services
* Set up and implement additional rules and controls
* Measure impact of new controls and expand capabilities
* Report out on program status in monthly operations reviews and other forums
* Work with local and global peers to ensure controls are aligned with policy and operating practice and can be standardised across the globe

Experience & Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel proficiency
* OBIEE experience is a plus
* Ability to pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in large and complicated data sets
* Ability to take initiative, proactively identify problems and propose solutions
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Structured problem solving - ability to take a large, complex problem and break it down into components and provide useful insights on how to resolve
* 2-3+ years of experience. BS/MS.
* PMI/PMP Training/Certification-required
* DMAIC/LEAN/Continuous Improvement/ Six Sigma Training/Certification - desirable
* Program Management experience with a proven track record
* The candidate will ideally have experience within a Service Operations, Manufacturing, or Service Sales functions Service Sales.
* Good knowledge of industry
* Strong Communication - written/verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skill - able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders across different levels of the organization
* Document business process flows - timeline, stakeholders, metrics
* Willing to collaborate with local team, regional and global stakeholders
* Highly organized and strong interpersonal/communication skills - verbal and written
* Ability to present ideas, negotiate goals and commitments
* Strong written/verbal/listening communication, presentation and facilitation skills
* Problem solver
