Aircrew Training Manager Circa £40,000 per annum Staverton, Gloucestershire/ Home based Travel required About the roleHere at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Aircrew Training Manager to join our Mission Critical Services Division.You'll be part of a team that has over 30 years' experience in Emergency Medical Services - delivering emergency medical aircraft with a reaction and mobility capacity that enables us to reach inaccessible locations or deliver complex rescues in record time. , we are proud of our role in such a vital service.Using your experience within aviation and knowledge of Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Dangerous Goods, you will train medical professionals and pilots as part of the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) teams operating around the country. This will involve both in-classroom training to cover the theory of helicopter operations and alongside crews with practical flight training to help with qualification.As well as being part of a service that is dedicated to responding to serious trauma and saving lives, we'll also provide you with all the training, support and benefits that you'd expect from a global company.What do I need to do the role?You'll need to have previous aviation operations experience, and have knowledge of CRM and Dangerous Goods.
