Role Title: Agile Scrum Master
Location: Knutsford (only candidates who live within one hour away or willing to relocate)
Duration: 31/12/2025
Days on site: 2-3 days onsite (non-consecutive)
Rate: £400 per day - PAYE via Umbrella Only
Role Description
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team and organisation on Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support Product Owner: Assist with backlog grooming and prioritisation.
- Promote Team Collaboration: Foster open communication and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor Progress: Track sprint metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) and report to stakeholders.
- Shield the Team: Protect from external distractions and scope creep.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and process enhancements.
- Facilitate Decision-Making: Help the team self-organise and make informed decisions.
