The following skills and experience are required:

  • 2-3 years' work experience of working with Scrum and Kanban
  • Good knowledge of Agile Technical practices; TDD, Continuous Integration and Delivery, Pair Programming, etc
  • Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development and incremental delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to write high quality user stories and to drive to a satisfactory MVP
  • Demonstrable experience of backlog prioritisation
  • Some experience of Java Virtual Machine based environment: Java
  • Some front End experience: JavaScript, CSS 3, HTML 5 - common libraries like React, Node etc
  • Excellent communication skills, good verbal and written communication
