Role: Agile Coach Location: London Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Key purpose of the role: You will be key to completely transforming the way Regulatory Affairs works on projects to deliver our regulatory strategy. We're looking to evolve our ways of working and have a strong appetite to become more agile, enabling us to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory environment and work better together as a team and with other teams. The Agile Coach will be supporting the regulatory affairs agile transformation programme by working with existing teams to adopt and excel in agile ways of working. They will focus on the agile coaching, process and pilot mobilisation side of change, introducing new process and evolving our mindset to embrace change. You will be working closely with the teams that are transitioning into agile and driving best-practice ways of working. You'll be: * Analysing projects and teams to assess the right tools to use across Design Thinking, Lean and Agile * Setting up teams to use the right Agile tools * Partnering with project teams to support agile delivery of projects. * Training teams on using the tools and approaches * Review and help teams who are already using it and help course-correct them * Helping teams navigate their existing waterfall organisations and remove impediments to their agility (such as securing resource) * Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure that agility is embedded within the team * Build Communities of Practice that extend knowledge across the organisation * Coaching in change management and helping teams to adopt an agile mindset. The skills & experience you'll need: * We are experts in a range of the Lean / Agile toolsets * The tools and approaches we specialise in are: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), DevOps * We can assess a team and identify what tools are best suited for the specific situation * We can also enter teams already using these tools, but require assistance as it's not quite going to plan * We have experience implementing agile principles in non-technical teams, identifying the right approach for the requirements of the team. * SAFe accreditation (SPC certified) preferred Coaching and facilitation skills we have: * Designing / applying / tailoring our tools and processes to the situation * Workshop facilitation * Coaching conversations * Driving transparency * Defining and measuring * Communication on progress in agility * Bringing people on the journey * Empowering the teams we are coaching to not be dependent on us Please submit CVs today!
