Role Overview
To ensure all activities associated with the manufacture, filling and CIP of aerosols product lines are completed in an accurate and timely manner to meet local customer service requirements whilst observing cGMP and HSE requirements.



FILLING ACTIVITIES

  • Fill bulk suspension on automatic filling machine, ensuring critical process
  • Parameters are met.
  • Operate automatic filling machine in a controlled environment
  • Perform critical process testing, and assess data to maintain/ and or improve the filling operation and the volume output.
  • Perform critical ancillary functions in order to maintain a compliant controlled environment.
  • Complete batch documentation complying with cGMP .
  • Operate end of line can collator machine and perform critical process testing
  • Take analytical samples and complete batch documentation



ANCILARY ACTIVITIES

  • Perform ancillary activities associated with the aerosols process.
  • Manually clean and dry equipment to validated standard.
  • Movement of stock from warehouse facility to filling and packing line.
