Travel involved.Not a Project Manager / Change PM roleThis role will suit an experienced business change manager who has experience of working on multiple projects and programmes to land multi-site and enterprise wide change and transformation across the Change lifecycle, both Strategic and tactical with a sleeves rolled up approach to maximising adoption to new technology and processes whilst minimising risk and embedding change into the business.This requirement is in addition to an already strong Change and Project management team.You will be engaging with all levels of stakeholders, board level to shop floor, assessing impact of process and technology change alongside readiness of the business, communications and training requirements, building appetite for change and benefits to be realised. Facilitating a link with the business as a key member of the Change / IT Delivery team. Change management qualifications will be a nice to have, such as Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, CMS.Market rates paid and further details of the role available upon successful application.
