As an Administrator you will support a rebranding project by updating and transferring all documents and undertake general administration duties.

Administrator Key Responsibilities: (Full training provided)

  • Revise all current documents and control systems
  • Update all documents and processes
  • Update systems
  • General Administration activities
  • This role would suit a recent University leaver or someone who has circa 2 years Administration / Coordination experience

Administrator Candidate Criteria:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal - can talk and interact well with colleagues
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word Excel
  • Administration experience - whether at university or work experience
  • Strong organisation skills - can manage own time and report progress to colleagues
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work to targets and meet expectations
  • Shows initiative - have a get up and go attitude
  • Confidence and energy
