Administrator / Document Controller

General duties will include but are not limited to:-
- Assisting with project information/data packs for the teams
- Uploading documents to Vault/CDMS incl. populating the metadata
- Collating documents associated with packages for communication to signatories for signoff and latterly upload to records
- Management of various records
- Supporting the Project Manager with progressing the coordination of handover documentation for signoff by signatories
- Diary management as and when required
- General administrative support to the various teams
- Arranging travel as and when required
- Archiving documents - paper and electronic
- Ensure procedural documentation remains in date and valid
