Administrator / Document Controller

General duties will include but are not limited to:-

  • Assisting with project information/data packs for the teams
  • Uploading documents to Vault/CDMS incl. populating the metadata
  • Collating documents associated with packages for communication to signatories for signoff and latterly upload to records
  • Management of various records
  • Supporting the Project Manager with progressing the coordination of handover documentation for signoff by signatories
  • Diary management as and when required
  • General administrative support to the various teams
  • Arranging travel as and when required
  • Archiving documents - paper and electronic
  • Ensure procedural documentation remains in date and valid
