Role: Administrator / Customer Service - French Speaking

Location: Amersham

Duration: 12 Months - Temp to perm opportunity

Rate: £12 - £13.50/hour

My client are a leading global medical technology and life sciences company, they provide a broad portfolio of products, solutions and services used in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients and in the development and manufacture of biopharmaceuticals.

We are looking for an experience Administrator to join the team in Amersham on an initial 12 month contract with a high likelihood of going permanent.

Role Summary:

Priority 1. Manage quotations for parts and adhoc FE services:

    • receive request from field (FE, HW, service/HW sales or AMs),
    • prepare the quote in SFDC,
    • contact the right stakeholders internally for more info if needed,
    • send the quotation to customers, follow-up to PO received
    • Update/close the opp in SFDC

Priority 2. Backend of contract in servicemax.

    • Prepare contract in service max
    • Check PM plan history and correct PM plan accordingly
    • Prepare word document contract quotes
    • contact the right stakeholders internally for more info if needed
    • Send quotes and provide regular feedback to services sales they will be supporting

Essential requirements:

  • Fluent in French
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Admin/Customer service background
