Role: Administrator - Order Fulfilment
Location: Gloucester (GL3 4AQ)
Duration: Initially until 31/03/21
Rate: £12 - £14 / hour
(Please be aware roles will be full-time on site, full social distancing measures are in place)
Our client are currently seeking 2 individuals to join their team to help assist with order loading and fulfilment activities during the Brexit period. The successful candidates will have a strong customer service background, IT skills and good communication both verbal and written.
Rationale: Provide assistance with order loading and fulfilment activities to cover additional order administration over the BREXIT period.
Role Overview: An outline of the tasks required:
- Load spares orders
- Respond to customer RFQ's
- Provide administrative support to spares distribution website
- Set up new customers on ERP system, complete all customer checks including credit check and know your customers
- Provide customer services support to spares customers including responding to customer questions/complaints, providing order updates and order acknowledgement
- Complete administrative tasks needed to ensure European customers (spares and repairs) have provided required details to import/export as the UK transitions out of the EU.
- Assist with other customer support activities to support the Customer Operations team
- Customer service background
- Knowledge of ERP systems (desirable)
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills both verbal & written
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work with minimal supervision
