Have you ever wondered what it takes to support our armed forces?

My Client is a FTSE-100 Defence & Engineering company and is currently recruiting within their land division based in Warminster and are interested in hearing from candidates with administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with workshop staff to clarify information to maintain data integrity
    • Building strong relationships with operational community reliant on inputting and information (e.g. Site Managers, Workshops Managers, Supervisors, Programme team, the Hub)
    • To use the JAMES system to an exemplar level
    • Extraction of reports to monitor performance of activity
    • Ensuring safety standards and PPE requirements are being followed
    • Knowledge of how to use IT systems - e.g. JAMES, ERP system, Qlikview
    • To follow approved processes for inputting and updating asset history logs
    • To input faults and repairs data into each assets history log after it has flowed through repair process
    • To support the business with related queries and initiatives

Skills & Behaviours

  • Able to learn and use core IT system processes (e.g. ERP, LMS, JAMES)
  • Ability to learn and follow processes
  • Ability to learn and follow safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to be flexible to changing demands

Desirable:

  • Competent and experienced user of the Joint Asset Management and Engineering Solutions (JAMES) system.
