I am currently recruiting on behalf of a major telecommunications company based in Media City, Salford Quays to work within the assurance and finance department.

A background in administration would be essential for this role with strong skills in all Microsoft office applications, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have clear communication skills and strong reading and writing vocabulary.

Responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to;

  • Data entry, verification and extraction, mainly from excel spreadsheets
  • Adhering to set out policies and processes to safeguard the organisation's financial position
  • Assist in the analysing and reporting of data and information to identify discrepancies
  • Create records that support the recovery of revenues and costs, dealing with both internal and external parties
  • On hand to assist in all aspects and additional administrative tasks to help achieve business goals

This position will initially be an ongoing, rolling monthly contract with future progression opportunities available to high performers. Start date for the right candidate will be as soon as possible and working hours will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours with some flexibility between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
